Electronic Data Systems Corp has signed a further agreement with Telefonica de Espana SA subsidiary Telefonica Servicios to see to the demand in value-added services, and via which EDS will take over res subsidiary’s Calculus Centre in Madrid for five years: from this centre, Telefonica will be able to offer electronic data interchange services directly from Spain with one centre functioning purely as an electronic mail exchange; the General Motors Corp firm also signed an agreement with Banco Zaragozano SA for design and development of an integrated risk management system.
