LifeShield Security has debuted a new LifeView application that allows on-the-go users to fully manage their LifeShield home security system from their Apple iPad.

The company said that LifeView is a new, sophisticated portal that offers complete interactivity with the LifeShield home security system and offers a simple interface with latest graphics and instinctual navigation.

The LifeView application is a free mobile application for iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and iPad, that allows users to arm, disarm and monitor their home alarm system from anywhere.

Within the LifeView application, users can manage their system through the Console Tab that’s color-coded and shows the status of every sensor and device for the entire system, offering the 20 most recent events instantly.

The LifeView application will allow customers to log in to access every LifeShield system setting, offering current snapshots from each installed camera around the home, access to all pictures and videos,

The new offering also delivers the ability to view live video, scan the last 90 days of history, disarm the system through user code and create new event notifications and camera triggers.

LifeShield said it’s next generation home security system offers sophisticated encrypted wireless technology that provides customisable monitoring options to receive an alert every time someone comes in or goes out or opens a protected cabinet inside the home.

With a completely wireless platform, users can monitor the interior of the home with sensors on closet doors, cabinets, medicine chests, jewelry drawers and wall safes.

It will offer control and monitor access to a second home, such as a second rental property and a four-layer backup protection allowing the system to remain working even if the Internet is down, if there is a power outage, or if the phone lines are cut.
