NetFrame Systems Inc has hired two new VPs and a chief financial officer to replace three executives that have fled the SMP server concern over the last few months. Former CFO David Drury has gone to Aspect Development Inc. In its most recent results NetFrame reported first quarter losses of $2.8m, which included a $1.4m charge for writing off some applications software and a MIS upgrade, but NetFrame says it’s rallying and that revenues from its Windows NT server, which began shipping in first quarter, already make up 25% of its revenue. NetFrame launched its MessageCluster server to jump into the Lotus Notes market last month (CI No. 2,924).
