The BellSouth Telecommunications Inc unit of BellSouth Corp says it plans to provide advanced ISDN to all customers in its nine-state service region: up to now, only half the Bell’s customers in major metropolitan areas had direct access to the service; expanded access applies to its ISDN Individual Line and its MegaLink ISDN services.
