Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Aspen Technology Inc has completed its acquisition of the process control division of Cambridge, UK-based Cambridge Control Ltd for $1.9m. Aspen Technology said it expects a $750,000 one-time charge associated with the acquisition. Cambridge Control’s process controls division specializes in process manufacturing controls applications for the refining, petrochemical and pulp and paper industries.
