ReQuisite Technology Inc, Boulder, Colorado developer of a computer system to streamline the corporate purchasing process for non-production goods and services such as office supplies and computer products and supplies with its Re:Quest purchasing support service, which automates the procurement process by creating a virtual catalog of thousands of products and services from a company’s vendor base, is the apple of Boulder Technology Incubator, a seed capital fund for companies born in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. ReQuisite has received $3m in venture capital from Mohr, Davidow Ventures of San Francisco, and the Incubator feels the investment validates its own role in the company’s genesis. As one of our more successful graduates, ReQuisite is now positioned for completion of development and initial growth using this capital infusion to more quickly bring its products to market, said Jerry Donahue, executive director. The Boulder Technology Incubator is proud to help companies like ReQuisite mature and prove themselves, and gain recognition in the eyes of capital investors. The Boulder Technology Incubator describes itself as a not-for-profit corporation funded by Colorado businesses, public sources and entrepreneurs to help technology start-ups to succeed.
