Bull HN Information Services Inc, Billerica, Massachusetts reports that the US division of its Integris Data Services worldwide facilities management operation, has acquired the US facilities, consulting, software support and maintenance operations of NCM A/S BV Inc of Phoenix. The company is a subsidiary of NCM Holding NV, Amsterdam, a credit insurance company. The business acquired has has some 50 employees at locations in Phoenix and Cincinnati. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Integris Data Services’ offerings for the GCOS mainframe operating system market, and is expected to boost US business by 30% this year. Run from Paris, Integris Data Services did about $150m worldwide last year.
