Cisco and Wharf T&T and COL (Wharf T&T), a provider of ICT services in Hong Kong, have launched new IP Communications Solution for Hong Kong small businesses.
The new ‘Wharf T&T IP Communications Solution’ enables small businesses to have easy-to-use IP communication that can be integrated with the Ethernet LAN infrastructure for a single connection for voice and data services.
The offering utilises Cisco’s UC320, a unified communications system that offers integrated voice and data; and runs on Wharf T&T’s Smart IP Trunk Service, a carrier-grade SIP connection that links clients’ multimedia data packet terminals to Wharf T&T’s SIP platform using SIP VoIP protocol.
The Wharf T&T IP Communications Solution features include: feature-rich IP PBX applications; SIP trunking; flexible integration with office network infrastructure; and comes with one-stop service from consultancy to solution implementation and 24×7 after-sales support.
