JackBe has introduced real-time intelligence offering Mashup Sites for SharePoint (MS4SP), which provides SharePoint 2007/2010 business users with real-time visual WebPart-based Apps and interactive Dashboards.
The new MS4SP 3.1 extends the use of SharePoint Apps and Dashboards to mobile devices and introduces a free ‘Starter Package’ for departmental implementations of the product.
The offering enables organisations to assemble SharePoint data together with other enterprise data into Apps and Dashboards.
Users can securely share the Apps and Dashboards with users in SharePoint 2007/2010 and with users of portals including: IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebCenter and Liferay.
In addition, the MS4SP 3.1 extends these no-code capabilities to mobile devices like the iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and iPad.
JackBe application platform vice president Danny Malks said MS4SP lets SharePoint users address their needs with intuitive visual tools to securely assemble Apps and Dashboards from any enterprise information source, whether it is inside SharePoint or outside of SharePoint.
