Sun Microsystems Inc chief executive Scott McNealy is soon to celebrate his 10th anniversary in that exalted position, causing him to reflect that, of the class of chief executives he started out with, only he and Jim Treybig over at Tandem Computers Inc still remain – but McNealy still has about a decade to go to catch up Treybig.
