SimpliVity has opened two customer support operations centres in Cork, Ireland and Raleigh, North Carolina.

The company said the facilities will ease IT concerns by supporting operations through its data centre technology that simplifies IT for mid-market and enterprise organisations.

SimpliVity added that it offers support across the entire data centre stack and expects to double its customer support resources by the end of the year.

Randy Boutin, VP of support and manufacturing at SimpliVity, said: "SimpliVity has always been committed to building an enterprise-class service organisation, capable of supporting the world’s most demanding environments.

"Our selection of Cork and Raleigh to expand our support operations further reflects this commitment – with each location providing a rich pool of highly qualified, multi-lingual and technical support talent."
