The solution helps Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) to coordinate services of its eight providers across 11 locations and manage more than 3,500 daily paratransit trips in the greater Ventura County area.
The Trapeze solution for VCTC includes an advanced scheduling, dispatching and certification solution developed to support the coordinated transportation efforts of demand response transit services. In addition, more than 100 paratransit vehicles will be outfitted with Trapeze mobile data terminals to help support two-way data messaging capabilities and ‘real-time’ vehicle positioning and schedule adherence.
