Computer Sciences Corporation, from El Secundo, California, has bought KOBRA Veheer, a leading BAAN consultancy on the Netherlands for an undisclosed figure. KOBRA employs 72 consultants providing support for around 70 corporate customers. CSC see the purchase as an opportunity to expand its BAAN consultancy work in Europe.
